Spectacular Snorkeling in Florida!

The best snorkeling in Florida can be found from the spectacular living coral reefs in the Florida Keys, to the emerald green waters of the Panhandle! There are lots of great places in Florida to “get your float on”!

John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park: A must see if you’re going to the Keys…
The park established in 1963, was the first undersea park created in the U.S. It was created along with the Florida Keys National Marine Sanctuary to protect and preserve the only living coral reef in the continental United States.

Take a snorkel only boat tour and enjoy the wonders of the reef (more than 40 varieties of coral).
And if you’re not into getting wet, the park offers a Glass bottom boat tour on the Spirit of Pennekamp. The park is also home to the Statue of Christ of the Abyss. This is one of the most famous underwater spots in the world. You may see some other visitors there too, like the Southern Sting Rays and Large Spotted Eagle Rays. Awesome sight to see!
